I provide support, counseling and therapeutic services to parents and children with various disabilities including ADHD, Asperger and Autism Spectrum disorder.

For children under the age of 5, I focus on the parent/child relationship and utilize attachment theory models to enhance the child's attachment and help regulate his/her emotional responses. I provide play therapy for children ages 5 to 11.

I run Social Skills groups for children who (although not limited to these diagnosis) may have been diagnosed with non-verbal disability, ADHD, Asperger syndrome or autism spectrum disorder. I also run support groups for siblings of children with disabilities.

I provide cognitive behavioral techniques combined with insight oriented therapy for teens and adults.

I am bi-cultural; Latino and bilingual in Spanish.

In addition to years of working with this client base, I am the parent of a child with severe disabilities and have extensive knowledge of different therapeutic models, IEP process, SARC services, and group home/supported living arrangements.
