As a certified mind-body coach and a mother of a child with autism, I am passionate about empowering parents to discover a deeper connection with their child. My first hand experience traveling a path of pain, disappointment, anger, guilt, grief, and feeling disconnected from my friends, family and self gives me a unique perspective on the experience of parenting a child with special needs.

Although my life circumstances remain the same, through my personal work my perspective has shifted. I realized that my son is my greatest teacher. My intention is to combine the lessons from my son with the tools I’ve studied with Dr. Martha Beck PhD, Abigail Steidley and Koelle Simpson to help others find freedom from their pain and learn to communicate on a new level. It is my purpose to teach others how to use these powerful tools to discover their inner truth and find their own path to living life with joy, love and a deeper connection.
