I work with teens, adults, and couples using a variety of modalities. I provide the space for depth work and, as needed, incorporate sandplay, art and play therapy, as well as an effective trauma-reducing technique called EMDR. I have worked with clients experiencing grief and loss, divorce (as related to both children and adults), anxiety and depression. I also help individuals dealing with transition or who are simply wanting to know themselves more deeply.
