Training at ATRC can come in many different forms including demonstrations, presentations and workshops. Periodically during the year ATRC will offer training workshops at the ATRC Technology Center in various areas including low and high tech assistive technology equipment, software, skills for using the Internet, and basic computer skills for the PC and Macintosh. Currently, training workshops are custom-designed based on requested needs, availability, and customer interest. The workshops are usually designed to be a short duration, usually 2 to 3 hours in length, and focused on a specific program or skill.
