Managing Feelings, Problem Solving, Relationship Building, Social Awareness Skills

Children will take home a portfolio of artwork at the end of the week including a summary of the social skills covered. Groups will provide experience with a variety of art mediums. Behavioral goals combined with art making provides a fun learning experience.

Group leader: Annette McGarr, Licensed Marriage &Family Therapist / Art Therapist, who has 17 years experience leading children’s groups. She will be assisted by an experienced and qualified therapist. Groups will have a minimum of four students & maximum of eight students per group and meet Monday through Friday for 2 .5 hours, except session # 1 (see below).

Morning or Afternoon Groups ~ 2.5 Hour Session
AM - 9:30 – 12:00; PM - 1:30 – 4:00
K-1st grade; 2nd –3rd grade; 4th-5th grade; 6th – 8th grade
