Zero to Three/National Center for Clinical Infant Programs is the only national non-profit organization dedicated solely to
improving the changes for healthy physical, cognitive and social development of infants, toddlers and their families.
Established in 1977, Zero to Three is committed to:
* Exercising leadership in developing and communicating a national vision of the importance of the first three years of life and of the importance of early intervention and prevention to health growth and development:
* Developing a broader understanding of how services for infants and toddlers and their families are best provided; and
* Promoting training in keeping with that understanding.
Zero to Three serves as a national resource center for issues on the cutting edge.
Zero to Three produces the preeminent bulletin on the first three years of life. Conducts an annual training institute, has many technical
