It includes resources and information about Down Syndrome, Parents Helping Parents, Silicon Valley Down Syndrome Network (SVDSN), California's early intervention program (Early Start), and more. PHP also sends a gift of lovely handmade baby blankets to infants 12 months old and younger. PHP can also assist you in connecting with another experienced parent.
