New Parent? Parents Helping Parents has a Down Syndrome Packet for parents who just gave birth or are expecting. It includes resources and information about Down Syndrome, Parents Helping Parents, Silicon Valley Down Syndrome Network (SVDSN), California's early intervention program (Early Start), and more. PHP also sends a gift of lovely handmade baby blankets to infants 12 months old and younger. PHP can also assist you in connecting with another experienced parent.
