Sue and Dave Katra are Private Professional Fiduciaries who specialize in Special Needs Trusts Administration and Family Assistance for the Special Needs population. They both hold two certificates in Professional Fiduciary Management in Conservatorship and Trusteeship.

Sue is a former Special Education Teacher with 19 years of experience working for the Santa Clara County Office of Education. Her background training also includes Nursing, Psychology, and certification as a Corrective Therapy/Adapted Physical Education Specialist. She is honored at having received the Parents Helping Parents Valley of the Hearts Award in 1987 for her work in Co-founding the Santa Clara County Special Games, which began in 1976 and continues to this day with the support of the Santa Clara County Kiwanis Organization. Having served as a Special Education Teacher of students with various disabilities, Sue is aware of their challenges and needs. She brings this expertise to the administration of Special Needs Trusts and her role as Advocate and Family Advisor.

Dave has over 15 years of service as family trustee, executor, representative, and elder advisor/helper. He is experienced with estate planning and management, trusts, finances, taxes, lawsuits, business, real-estate and home management/problem solving.
