He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and a Master’s degree in Special Education, complemented by a Certificate specializing in Mild to Moderate Special Education. Throughout his career, Sergio has worked closely with Lawyers, School Districts, and Regional Center Vendors to advocate for families, ensuring they secure essential services from Regional Centers and School Districts.
