In today’s evolving educational landscape, the important link between inclusive early childhood education and college and career readiness is undeniable. Are you interested in exploring the critical connection between these two seemingly distinct phases of a student’s educational journey?

Please join Heather Snipes, Supporting Inclusive Practices (SIP) Program Support Specialist, as she shares with parents, educators, childcare professionals, administrators, and others:

– The benefits of inclusive preschool environments

– How college and career skills can be developed through preschool play

– How cultivating inclusive environments during early childhood can lay the groundwork for little ones’ successful futures in education, employment, and community participation

Heather Snipes has over 15 years of experience in early education, ranging from home-based childcare, collegiate child development labs, Tribal Head Start, private preschool, and most recently, as the Director of a state preschool program in Northern California. She has been an advocate for access to high quality early childhood experiences for all and continues to emphasize the importance of collaboration in order to nurture a strong foundation of trust and partnership between each child’s home and school setting from day one.
