Do you need some thoughts on parenting your child with anxiety during this unusual time?
For those parenting someone with anxiety, there are always challenges. Change and unpredictability are never easy. However, during the COVID-19 health crisis, it may be even harder on ourselves, kids, and families.
This discussion focuses on evidence-based strategies to help adolescents manage stress and anxiety. Parents will learn tools and exercises to share with their teens to help them cope with uncertainty and cultivate calm during difficult times. This will be a short presentation followed by Q&A.
