PHP has three main service areas: Education, Community & Family Services, and Health-related Services

| CIRCLES®: Intimacy & Relationships Education | Teaches social distance & levels of intimacy; lays the foundation for people w/disabilities to manage personal responsibility & social integration |
| Early Intervention for Infants & Toddlers 0-3 | Provides information and resources to parents of children with special needs ages 0-3 and to the professionals who serve them |
| IEP Preparation Tool | Online tool designed to help parents prepare for an IEP meeting. |
| Information and Referral Consultation | Provides information and resources to parents of children with special needs and to the professionals who serve them |
| Integrated Playgroup | Parent participation play group for children 0-5 |
| Kids on the Block - Disability & Social Awareness Outreach | A troupe of puppets that teach about disabilities, educational differences, social concerns, medical differences, and safety issues |
| Learning Disability Simulation | A hands-on workshop designed to increase awareness of the difficulties and frustrations that people with LD/ADD encounter everyday |
| Libraries - PHP and RiSE (Resources in Special Education) | A resource of over 8,000 books/videos for parents and professionals on the special needs of children and their families |
| Medical Homes | Family-centered medical homes that provide comprehensive, coordinated primary & specialty care for children with special needs |
| Parent/Professional Education Workshops: RIGHT from the START | Workshops provided for parents of young children with special needs as well as other Parent and Professional trainings |
| PHP at Kaiser Permanente Santa Teresa | Parent Liaison who provides information, training & emotional support via parent-to-parent and professional-to-professional mentors |
| PHP eNEWS (Electronic Newsletter) | Electronic Newsletter and Support & Information Group Announcements Sign Ups |
| Sibshops Services | Games, discussion, crafts, speakers for siblings of children with special needs |
| Speakers Bureau | Staff and Board members are available to speak or consult on a variety of topics related to special needs, advocacy, non-profits |
| Special Education Information and Trainings | Provides a wide range of services to help parents better understand, support and advocate for their children in special education programs |
| Touchstone Services | Home and hospital visitations for families of children with cancer |
| Tours of PHP | Tours are given the second Monday (4-5pm) & third Tuesday (3-4pm) of each month |
| Volunteer Opportunities | Find ways that you can volunteer to help PHP and the families we serve |
