PHP has three main service areas: Education, Community & Family Services, and Health-related Services

| Early Intervention for Infants & Toddlers 0-36 Months | Provides information and resources to parents of children with special needs ages 0-3 and to the professionals who serve them |

| IEP Preparation Tool | Online tool designed to help parents prepare for an IEP meeting. |
| Inclusion Warm Line | Information and Referral for an Inclusive Life |
| Information and Referral Consultation | Provides information and resources to parents of children with special needs and to the professionals who serve them |
| Integrated Playgroup | Parent participation play group for children 0-5 |
| Learning Disability Simulation | A hands-on workshop designed to increase awareness of the difficulties and frustrations that people with LD/ADD encounter everyday |
| Libraries | A resource of over 8,000 books/videos for parents and professionals on the special needs of children and their families |
| Parent/Professional Education Workshops: RIGHT from the START | Workshops provided for parents of young children with special needs as well as other Parent and Professional trainings |
| Sharing The Journey | For parents of children with recently diagnosed or suspected conditions |
| Sibshops Services | Games, discussion, crafts, speakers for siblings of children with special needs |
| Speakers Bureau | Staff and Board members are available to speak or consult on a variety of topics related to special needs, advocacy, non-profits |
| Special Education Information and Trainings | Provides a wide range of services to help parents better understand, support and advocate for their children in special education programs |

| Touchstone Program | Serves families facing a diagnosis of life-threatening or life-long illness |
| Tours of PHP | Tours are given the second Monday (4-5 pm) & third Tuesday (10-11am) of each month |
