Information and Referral ConsultationProvides information and resources to parents of children with special needs and to the professionals who serve them
Integrated PlaygroupParent participation play group for children 0-5
Kids on the Block - Disability & Social Awareness OutreachA troupe of puppets that teach about disabilities, educational differences, social concerns, medical differences, and safety issues
Learning Disability SimulationA hands-on workshop designed to increase awareness of the difficulties and frustrations that people with LD/ADD encounter everyday
Libraries - PHP and RiSE (Resources in Special Education)A resource of over 8,000 books/videos for parents and professionals on the special needs of children and their families
Parent/Professional Education Workshops: RIGHT from the STARTWorkshops provided for parents of young children with special needs as well as other Parent and Professional trainings
PHP at Kaiser Permanente Santa TeresaParent Liaison who provides information, training & emotional support via parent-to-parent and professional-to-professional mentors
Sibshops ServicesGames, discussion, crafts, speakers for siblings of children with special needs
Speakers BureauStaff and Board members are available to speak or consult on a variety of topics related to special needs, advocacy, non-profits
Special Education Information and TrainingsProvides a wide range of services to help parents better understand, support and advocate for their children in special education programs
Tours of PHPTours are given the second Monday (4-5pm) & third Tuesday (10-11am) of each month
