If your child or teen exhibits challenging behavior due to a developmental disability, this 2-session workshop may be for you. Due to the private nature of the topic, space is limited to families who live in Santa Clara County with children ages 0 – 17.

To get the full benefit of this wonderful program, plan to attend both sessions.

Discussion topics include:

– What is behavior? What are the four functions of behavior?
– Analyzing patterns of behavior and A-B-C techniques.
– Logging and Interventions
– Family Values and creating a Positive Environment
– Assertive discipline
– Self-care for caregivers
– Practice using real-life scenarios you encounter with your child
