Come to meet other families and discuss information and support strategies for Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA). Most times this is a co-occurring condition for someone with Autism, but not in all cases.
The Sunday PDA meeting topic will be ‘Supporting Demand Avoidance and Anxiety at School’. This will be an action-driven discussion regarding arranging school supports (IEPs, 504s and school-provided supports) for children with a demand avoidant or anxious profile. For parents of children aged 5-15.
