Join the Family Resource Center (FRC) of San Mateo County for this online training on transition planning with the School District, Regional Center, and Department of Rehabilitation to Adult Services so your child can plan for the future.
This training will discuss how all three programs should work together to provide your child with a disability with the services and supports they need to be successful when transitioning to adulthood.
This training is intended for parents/caregivers of children and young adults with disabilities, and professionals who work with these families.
This training is presented by Disability Rights California. The mission of Disability Rights California is to defend, advance, and strengthen the rights and opportunities of people with disabilities.
