EFToolkit
Iris Wong (EFToolkit) offers asynchronous and synchronous in-person and Zoom-based support services to adult parents, child and teen neurodivergent (PDA, ADHD lived experience) individuals, and providers/family members wanting more deeply understand this community. Focus areas: executive function, nervous system regulation, interest-led work, and neuroaffirming speech therapy. CA based (for speech) and US any location (for virtual).
Resourcing
As a caregiver – we give from what we have and sometimes from what we don’t have too.
That’s the sobering reality. We may live in the both/and – holding up that which is hard + that which is beautiful.
Exploration
I believe our innate wisdom lies at the intersection of knowing and living – executive functioning x nervous system regulation x play.
