The FRC of San Mateo invites parents/caregivers to this online training on using Visual Supports to help children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.

In this workshop, parents/caregivers will learn:
• How different types of visual supports can help children across a range of situations, including with behavior, communication, setting expectations, managing emotions, and learning new skills.
• How to create and implement visual supports to help your child with situations that are challenging for them.

This training is presented by Project AFECT (Autism Family Empowerment Coaching and Training) of Stanford Medicine Children’s Health.
