Transition to adulthood is a wild and wacky time. It’s overwhelming, exciting, and frustrating- all at the same time! How can you alleviate the stress you may experience as your young adult’s transition to adulthood approaches? Connections California was created to address this very issue. Parents Helping Parents (PHP) built an online, statewide resource and information hub, a “one-stop shop” for families, covering all aspects of transition to adulthood and adult services.
