Please join the Family Resource Center of San Mateo County (FRC) to learn more about the Early Start program, California’s early intervention program for infants and toddlers with developmental delays or at risk for having a developmental disability and their families.
This training is an opportunity for parents and guardians of children from birth to age three (3) to get the information they need to navigate the Early Start system.
This training will cover timelines, the referral and assessment process, the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), and services in the Early Start Program. We will also talk about parents’ rights and self-advocacy.
This training is presented by Disability Rights California.
Please note: If you need Spanish interpretation to participate, we require you to indicate this on your registration at least 7 days prior to the training.
